Join Palta's Creative Production team as a Motion Designer and contribute to the success of our health and wellness apps, reaching over 60 million monthly active users. You will design and edit short videos for paid user acquisition on Meta and TikTok, working closely with the marketing team. This role requires expertise in After Effects and Premiere Pro, a strong understanding of composition, typography, and pacing, and experience creating conversion-oriented content. The ideal candidate will possess creative thinking, attention to detail, and excellent time management skills. Requirements

• 1+ year of work experience in a similar position
• Expertise in After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Strong understanding of composition, typography and pacing
• Basic knowledge of performance marketing and the ability to create visual content that effectively communicates a marketing message
• Creative out-of-the-box thinking
• Attention to detail, high level of self-organization, and time management
• Basics of Figma
• English B1+ level

Responsibilities

• Design and edit short videos (up to 2 minutes) for paid user acquisition on social platforms, primarily Meta and TikTok
• Work closely with the marketing team to generate ideas and analyze ad performance
• Stay up-to-date with worldwide marketing trends
• Create visually compelling content that effectively communicates marketing messages
• Design short videos to promote the app on various social platforms, primarily Meta and TikTok
• Generate ideas alongside the marketing team to improve visual communication of messages in ads
• Conduct retrospective analysis of videos based on ads' performance
• Analyze competitors' ads and social media trends to stay current with worldwide marketing trends
• Test new instruments, effects, plug-ins, and create project templates to make work more efficient

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with AI tools for static and video generation
• Expertise in sound effects and 2D/3D character animation
