The job is for a Marketplace Supply Specialist who will manage and report key marketplace metrics, develop dashboards, create supply operating models, conduct ad-hoc analyses, and deliver insights to senior management. The candidate should have 3 years of experience in consulting or high growth startups, advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, high level of English proficiency, strong skills in SQL for data manipulation and querying, and proven experience in tracking and analyzing key business metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage and report on main marketplace metrics, such as acquisition costs, active worker numbers, CAC, and Fill Rate percentage
• Develop and maintain dashboards for tracking global spending across different markets
• Create and implement supply operating models tailored to various countries, collaborating closely with local teams
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and generate reports to deliver actionable insights to senior management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python for data analysis and automation
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
