Master Data Analyst Associate

Summary

Join our team as a Financial and Accounting Services Coordinator in Bogotá, Colombia. You will be responsible for validating and controlling documentation, configuring and managing master data, and supporting senior staff with report presentations.

Requirements

• Técnico, Tecnólogo or student of minimum 5th semester of administrative and/or accounting careers
• More than 1 year of work experience in a similar role
• Intermediate Excel management
• Ability to work independently, efficiently and deliver high-quality reports on time with the required levels of precision

Responsibilities

• Validate and Control all documentations support of creation of providers and clients
• Configure, parametrize and manage the creations, blocks, and modifications of the master data of providers and clients inside the financial system
• Configure the additional parameters that are required inside the financial system for its correct functioning
• Support to senior and/or leader of the area in the presentation of reports related to the area
• Attend and give timely responses to requests or requirements via email
• Maintain a respectful and timely communication with local agencies
• Assist in the closing activities of the period and the process of presentation of reports inherent to the area
