Join Fuse Energy, a London-born climate tech startup, as a Master Electrician to lead our U.S. operations in California. You will install rooftop solar systems and green energy devices, recruit, train, and manage a team of electricians and installers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role requires a California Residential Electrician certification, a valid California driver's license, NABCEP Certification, 3 years of solar experience, 4 years of journey-level electrical experience, and proven team leadership skills. Requirements
- California Department of Industrial Relations: Residential Electrician cert
- Valid California driving license
- NABCEP Certification
- 3 years in solar or renewable energy projects and at least 4 years of journey-level experience in electrical work within the last 10 years
- Proven experience in building and managing teams
- Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Must be able to lift 50lbs, climb ladders, work in various environmental conditions
Responsibilities
- Assist with the process for obtaining our C-10 Electrical Contractor License
- Maintain adherence to all local codes, safety standards, and company policies
- Execute and oversee the installation of residential rooftop solar systems and other green energy solutions
- Recruit, train, and manage a growing team of electricians and installers
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and customer support, to ensure seamless project execution
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices
