Requirements

- Proven experience in building and managing teams
- Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Must be able to lift 50lbs, climb ladders, work in various environmental conditions
Responsibilities
- Assist with the process for obtaining our Electrical Contractor License and serve as the ‘Master Electrician of Record’
- Maintain adherence to all local codes, safety standards, and company policies
- Execute and oversee the installation of residential rooftop solar systems and other green energy solutions
- Recruit, train, and manage a growing team of electricians and installers
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and customer support, to ensure seamless project execution
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with project management tools and CRM systems is a plus
