Summary
Join Think Academy US, a subsidiary of TAL Education Group, as a Remote Math Competition Coach! Teach AMC10 & AIME competition problems virtually, develop personalized training plans, and create high-quality learning materials. Guide students in preparing for math competitions like BMT and HMMT. You will need a Master's degree or higher in Mathematics or a related STEM field, experience in math competitions (at least JMO level qualification), and a strong mathematical foundation. Prior teaching or coaching experience and participation in team-based math competitions are preferred. The pay is $55-$75/hour for teaching and $25-$35/hour for non-teaching tasks, plus a 15% target performance bonus.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Teach AMC10 & AIME competition problems virtually through the Think Academy Teaching Platform
- Develop personalized training plans tailored to studentsβ levels and goals
- Create high-quality problem sets, handouts, and learning materials aligned with various competition systems
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, formats, and problem styles of annual math contests
- Guide and mentor students in preparing for local and international math competitions, including BMT, HMMT etc
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior teaching or coaching experience is a plus
- Participation in team-based math competitions is a strong plus
Benefits
- Teaching Fee: $55-$75hour; Teachers will be assigned 3-7 classes per week
- Non-Teaching Fee: $25-$35/hour; Includes class preparation and after-class services such as grading homework, replying to parent messages, periodically giving feedback, curriculum development etc
- Bonus: 15% Target Performance Bonus
