Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and above
• Educational background in a relevant field, such as education or mathematics education, with strong mathematical skills
• Strong learning ability, capable of quickly mastering new knowledge and skills
• Excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality, able to establish good interactions with clients
• High sense of responsibility, able to identify user needs and provide personalized service solutions
• Willingness to start work early in the morning and maintain punctuality in daily work
• Bilingual in Mandarin is required

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1-on-1 video planning sessions with users to explain math problems, evaluate students' math learning ability, and effectively communicate with parents to increase course enrollment
• Manage the entire user journey from initial contact to course conversion, ensuring a smooth transition for users from engagement to course enrollment
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing efficient and high-quality service
• Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and feedback, continuously optimizing course content and service quality
• Demonstrate professional teaching expertise and patience to represent and uphold the professional image of our company and teachers
• Collaborate with the team on curriculum development and design, ensuring the scientific and systematic nature of the course content
