Requirements

  • Platform Proficiency: Expertise in managing ad campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok (for B2C eCommerce), and LinkedIn, Google, Meta (for B2B Tech)
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze performance data and generate actionable insights
  • A/B Testing: Proficiency in conducting A/B tests and optimizing ad performance
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English with excellent client-facing skills
  • Trust and Authority: Ability to establish trust and authority with clients through effective communication and results-driven strategies

Responsibilities

  • Ad Strategy Development: Develop and implement ad strategies tailored to the specific needs of clients in both the eCommerce and tech sectors
  • Platform Management: Manage ad campaigns on various platforms (B2C eCommerce: Meta, Google, TikTok; B2B Tech: LinkedIn, Google, Meta)
  • Ad Setup and Launch: Create, set up, and launch ad campaigns, ensuring all elements are optimized for performance
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing to identify the best-performing ad variations and optimize accordingly
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports and actionable insights to clients
  • Pivot Strategies: Adjust ad strategies based on performance data to maximize ROI
  • Client Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, establishing trust and demonstrating authority

Preferred Qualifications

Time Zone: Preference for candidates in PST, but EST candidates are also acceptable
