Compensation includes a competitive salary ($55,000-$80,000), cash bonus, and stock options.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational, time management and written/verbal communication skills along with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple programs at once
- Must be detail-oriented and a self-starter that can work independently in a work from home environment
- Ability to travel within the US up to 3 times per year
Responsibilities
- Gather updates from team for weekly field communication
- Open and track POs through internal process
- Submit & track invoices for payment
- Process grants and follow up on approvals and payments
- Reconcile credit card expenses for transactions and other expenses as needed through the Concur system
- Process, send & track HCP contracts. Work with legal partners on updates to language
- Com data cleanup and updates to blackthorn programs
- Digital Education administrative support
- Internal meeting logistics support including small room blocks, ordering meals, booking office meeting rooms, etc
- Support back end of zoom webinars for virtual programs
- Support Open Payments reporting
- Conduct other administrative tasks for the Medical Affairs team
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry working with Health Care Professionals (HCPs)
