Summary

The job involves managing patient accounts, inputting data, preparing invoices, performing administrative tasks, and assisting the Head Medical Biller. The candidate will be working from home during 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM Pacific Standard Time or 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM PH TIme. Technical requirements include a dedicated secluded workspace, an updated personal computer or laptop with webcam, and a stable internet connection of at least 5Mbps.

Requirements

• A dedicated secluded working space away from noise and any distractions
• Updated personal computer or laptop with webcam
• Stable internet connection of at least 5Mbps and a backup of a pocket WiFi or Mobile Data

Responsibilities

• Managing patient accounts and preparing invoices
• Inputting patient information and maintaining up-to-date records of patient data using computer software
• Ensuring that the patients receive the accounts
• Performing administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and responding to emails
• Assisting Head Medical Biller
