Medical Science Liaison

Summary

Join Natera's Medical Education team as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL)! Represent Natera as a scientific ambassador, building relationships with healthcare professionals. Educate clinicians and researchers on Natera's genetic testing products. Collaborate with internal teams (clinical, R&D, marketing, sales) to maximize product potential. Travel within your assigned territory to provide clinical support and gather customer feedback. Leverage your expertise to contribute to strategic planning and utilize technology to improve business outcomes. This role requires a Master's degree and American Board of Genetic Counseling certification.

Requirements

• American Board of Genetic Counseling certification
• Master’s degree required
• Minimum of 2 years of multidisciplinary genetic counseling experience

Responsibilities

• Represent Natera and its products, with clinicians, academic institutions, and professional organizations
• Provide scientific and/or clinical presentations on Natera’s products
• Address the specific needs of customers by responding to requests for information about our marketed and developing products
• Serve as a medical and scientific resource for the Natera Sales and Marketing teams
• Develop, maintain, and manage interactions with Key Opinion Leaders (“KOLs”) from the obstetrics and genetics communities as well as other relevant healthcare professionals
• Provide scientific and/or clinical presentations on Natera’s transplant and genetic testing products
• Review and report out test results to ordering clinicians
• Develop educational materials for healthcare providers and patients

• Experience in establishing strong, collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholder functions (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, R&D) and external customers
