Mental Health Coach

Summary

Join Beyond Finance as a Mental Health Coach and help our remote sales representatives navigate personal and work challenges. This 6-month contract position (with potential for full-time conversion) involves conducting individual coaching sessions, collaborating with stakeholders, and reporting on program impact. You will work closely with sales and other departments, reporting through HR. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in human psychology, corporate culture, and exceptional interpersonal skills. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related field required, Master’s degree highly preferred
• Excellent understanding of psychology and modern therapy techniques
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to empathize and connect with others
• Willingness to work weekends and nights as dictated by scheduling needs

Responsibilities

• Perform 1:1 coaching sessions and observations of inside sales agents
• Collect data from these sessions that can be used to connect trends across the operations floor to create planned structured sessions
• Maintain a strong understanding of the best practices for mental health care in a corporate setting as they evolve
• Partner with business stakeholders on providing feedback of the program and implement strategies

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role providing mental health services in a corporate setting is highly preferred
• Experience using software systems such as TherapyNotes, ShareNotes, etc
