Mental Health Counselor / Individual Therapist

Summary

Join a wonderful organization near Silver Springs that provides therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults. This is a 100% remote tele-therapy position offering a flexible schedule and a collaborative team environment. The therapist will manage a caseload of approximately 30 clients, primarily dealing with anxiety, depression, or ADHD. Clinical supervision is included. The role offers a compensation package of $55-$60 per 1099 plus bonuses. The organization boasts low turnover and cutting-edge treatment programs.

Requirements

Must be licensed in the State of Maryland LMSW, LCSW-C, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMFT, LCMFT to provide counseling services

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy to clients, based on the unique needs of each consumer in order to enhance and foster the client’s optimal functioning
• Cooperatively complete (with the client's and/or guardian’s input) Individual Treatment Plans, OMS Surveys, and other required assessments within the time frame stipulated by program policies and COMAR regulations
• Comprehensively and accurately document all services provided and submit all documentation (i.e., progress notes, ITP’s discharge/transition summaries, billing summaries, etc.) in accordance with agency policies
• Attend individual and/or group clinical supervision at a frequency determined by the program supervisor
