Mental Health Therapist

Summary

Join Bend Health, a company revolutionizing mental health treatment for children and teens, as a full-time, remote Licensed Therapist. This role requires experience with pediatric trauma and involves practicing evidence-based techniques, collaborating with a clinical team, and piloting new therapy protocols. You will work 11 AM - 8 PM EST, Monday-Friday, with potential Saturday hours. The position offers a competitive salary ($70K-$100K) and a comprehensive benefits package including 401k contributions. Requirements

• Practicing at the top of your license as a LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LMHC - fully licensed
• Experience with pediatric trauma work required
• Tech-savvy and comfortable practicing telehealth via video
• Organized and excited by a dynamic team environment
• Warm and engaging clinical style
• Passionate about helping kids and teens achieve goals
• Availability to work evening hours

Responsibilities

• Practice evidence-based techniques to motivate, guide, and help our members meet their goals successfully
• Partner closely with other members of the clinical team, including psychiatrists, coaches, nurses, and behavioral case managers
• Pilot experimental therapy protocols and techniques
• Participate in training on our proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model

Preferred Qualifications

• EMDR training preferred
• Licensed in Pennsylvania + other states is a bonus
• Potential opportunity to work Saturdays
