Requirements

• Licensed Mental Health Professional in Georgia with 3+ years of post-grad therapy experience
• Required license types: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Experience working with children, teens, young adults, and families using evidence-based treatments
• Comfortable using Zoom, EHRs, and team collaboration tools
• Willingness to be cross-licensed in additional states and not opted out of Medicare

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy using CBT and other evidence-based practices to children ages 8-17 and young adults over age 18 years, as well as parent training and support
• Collaborate with pediatricians, school counselors, and families to support client care
• Participate in weekly individual and team case consultations and team huddles with a supportive clinical community
• Complete clinical notes and documentations in a timely manner

Benefits

• $68.00-$74.00 hourly rate for clinical sessions
• $25.00 hourly rate for administrative time
• $1,360-$1,480 monthly guaranteed minimum payment
• To ensure financial stability, we guarantee a minimum payment of 5 hours per week at your clinical hourly rate
• Seeing 15 clients qualifies you for a higher guaranteed minimum compensation
• You will also be eligible for an annual increase in your hourly rate based on your performance
