Mental Health Therapist

Join Bend Health, a company revolutionizing mental health treatment for children and teens, as a part-time, licensed therapist. This remote, 1099 role involves providing therapy to families using evidence-based techniques and collaborating with a team of psychiatrists, coaches, nurses, and behavioral case managers. You will pilot experimental therapy protocols, participate in training on Bend Health's proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model, and contribute to shaping the future of pediatric mental health.

Requirements

• Practicing at the top of your license as a LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMHC
• Experience with pediatric trauma work required
• Tech-savvy and comfortable practicing telehealth via video
• Organized and excited by a dynamic team environment
• Warm and engaging clinical style
• Passionate about helping kids and teens achieve goals
• Availability to work evening hours
• Potential opportunity to work Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Practice evidence-based techniques to motivate, guide, and help our members meet their goals successfully
• Partner closely with other members of the clinical team, including psychiatrists, coaches, nurses, and behavioral case managers
• Pilot experimental therapy protocols and techniques
• Participate in training on our proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model

Preferred Qualifications

• EMDR training preferred
• Licensed in Virginia + other states is a bonus
