Mental Health Therapist

Join Bend Health, a company revolutionizing mental health treatment for kids and teens, as a part-time, 1099 Licensed Therapist. This remote, telehealth position offers a collaborative environment focused on whole-person, whole-family care. You will practice evidence-based techniques, partner with a multidisciplinary team, pilot experimental therapies, and participate in training. The ideal candidate is a licensed LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMHC with pediatric trauma experience and telehealth comfort. Evening and weekend availability is preferred. Requirements

• Practicing at the top of your license as a LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMHC
• Experience with pediatric trauma work required
• Tech-savvy and comfortable practicing telehealth via video
• Organized and excited by a dynamic team environment
• Warm and engaging clinical style
• Passionate about helping kids and teens achieve goals

Responsibilities

• Practice evidence-based techniques to motivate, guide, and help our members meet their goals successfully
• Partner closely with other members of the clinical team, including psychiatrists, coaches, nurses, and behavioral case managers
• Pilot experimental therapy protocols and techniques
• Participate in training on our proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model

Preferred Qualifications

• Licensed in Kansas + other states is a bonus
• Availability to work evening hours
• Potential opportunity to work Saturdays
• EMDR training preferred
