Mental Health Therapist

Summary

Join Bend Health, a company revolutionizing mental health treatment for kids and teens, as a full-time, licensed therapist. This remote position requires working 11 AM-8 PM Pacific Time, Monday-Friday, and involves practicing evidence-based techniques, collaborating with a clinical team, piloting therapy protocols, and participating in training. The ideal candidate is a fully licensed LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LMHC with experience in pediatric trauma work. EMDR training is preferred, and licensure in California and other states is a bonus. The salary range is $85K-$105K per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

• Practicing at the top of your license as a LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LMHC - fully licensed
• Experience with pediatric trauma work required
• Tech-savvy and comfortable practicing telehealth via video
• Organized and excited by a dynamic team environment
• Warm and engaging clinical style
• Passionate about helping kids and teens achieve goals
• Availability to work evening hours

Responsibilities

• Practice evidence-based techniques to motivate, guide, and help our members meet their goals successfully
• Partner closely with other members of the clinical team, including psychiatrists, coaches, nurses, and behavioral case managers
• Pilot experimental therapy protocols and techniques
• Participate in training on our proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model

Preferred Qualifications

• Licensed in California + other states is a bonus
• Potential opportunity to work Saturdays
• EMDR training preferred
