Join Included Health as a 100% Remote Mental Health Therapist licensed in Iowa! This 1099 Contractor role allows you to provide virtual care to patients using our telehealth platform. You will focus on patient care and documentation, while our team handles billing and scheduling. This opportunity offers a flexible schedule, high patient demand, and comprehensive administrative support. The role requires an active and unrestricted LCSW, LPC/LMHC, or LMFT license in Iowa, along with relevant experience and a master's degree from an accredited program. Included Health offers a fee-for-service model with coverage for no-shows and cancellations.

Requirements

• Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision
• Keep up-to-date with continuing education and knowledge of evidence-based psychosocial interventions
• Experience with technology and an understanding of digital tools and platforms
• Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Iowa
• Master’s degree in Social Work from a CSWE accredited program
• 2+ years of unsupervised/post licensure psychotherapy treatment experience
• Active and unrestricted LPC/LMHC license in Iowa
• Master’s degree in Counseling from a CACREP accredited program
• 3+ years of unsupervised, post licensure experience
• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in Iowa
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from a COAMFTE accredited program
• 3+ years of unsupervised, post licensure experience

Responsibilities

• Perform virtual remote counseling, psychotherapy, comprehensive mental health evaluations
• Compile patient medical data, including health history and mental status examination findings
• Develop and implement behavioral health treatment plans
• Evaluate results of mental health assessments
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic support to patients
