Join Included Health as a 100% Remote Mental Health Therapist! This 1099 Contractor role allows you to provide virtual care to patients using our telehealth platform. Focus solely on patient care and documentation; our team handles billing and scheduling. You'll maintain control over your schedule and enjoy high patient demand. The role offers a fee-for-service model with full coverage for no-shows/cancellations and maximum administrative support. Compensation is $61.25 per visit hour. This position requires independent practice, ongoing continuing education, and experience with technology. Specific licensure and experience requirements vary depending on your license type (LCSW, LPC/LMHC, or LMFT).

Requirements

• Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision
• Keep up-to-date with continuing education and knowledge of evidence-based psychosocial interventions
• Experience with technology and an understanding of digital tools and platforms
• Master’s degree in Social Work from a CSWE accredited program
• 2+ years of unsupervised/post licensure psychotherapy treatment experience
• Active and unrestricted LCSW license
• Master’s degree in Counseling from a CACREP accredited program
• 3+ years of unsupervised, post licensure experience
• Active and unrestricted LPC/LMHC license
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from a COAMFTE accredited program
• 3+ years of unsupervised, post licensure experience
• Active and unrestricted LMFT license

Responsibilities

• Perform virtual remote counseling, psychotherapy, comprehensive mental health evaluations, compile patient medical data, including health history and mental status examination findings
• Develop and implement behavioral health treatment plans, evaluate results of mental health assessments, and provide evidence-based therapeutic support to patients
• Maintain control over your schedule w/ the ability to set your own hours
