Mental Health Therapist

Join Included Health as a 100% remote Mental Health Therapist licensed in Indiana! This 1099 contractor position allows you to provide virtual care to patients using our telehealth platform. You will focus on patient care and documentation, while our team handles billing and scheduling. This role offers a flexible schedule and high patient demand, with full coverage for no-shows and cancellations. The position requires a master's degree in a relevant field, relevant licensure, and experience in psychotherapy. Included Health offers a supportive clinical team and various administrative support.

Requirements

• Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision
• Keep up-to-date with continuing education and knowledge of evidence-based psychosocial interventions
• Experience with technology and an understanding of digital tools and platforms
• Clinically licensed in state of primary residence
• Active and unrestricted LCSW/LPC/LMFT license in Indiana
• Master's degree in Social Work from a CSWE accredited program (for LCSW)
• 2+ years of unsupervised/post licensure psychotherapy treatment experience (for LCSW)
• Master's degree in Counseling from a CACREP accredited program (for LPC/LMHC)
• 3+ years of unsupervised, post licensure experience (for LPC/LMHC and LMFT)
• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from a COAMFTE accredited program (for LMFT)

Responsibilities

• Perform virtual remote counseling, psychotherapy, comprehensive mental health evaluations
• Compile patient medical data, including health history and mental status examination findings
• Develop and implement behavioral health treatment plans
• Evaluate results of mental health assessments
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic support to patients
