Join Octave, a modern behavioral health practice, as a Licensed Clinician to provide high-quality behavioral health care. You will join a diverse team offering therapy in a collaborative, client-centered environment, utilizing evidence-based therapies such as CBT and DBT. The role involves treating adult clients with various mental health concerns via video and in-person sessions. You will build a caseload allowing clients to choose between virtual or in-person appointments, requiring you to have your own commercial office space for in-person sessions. Candidates must be licensed in Massachusetts (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, PsyD) with at least one year of post-license clinical experience. Octave values a culture of thoughtful feedback and transparency.
Requirements

- Be a LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or PsyD
- Have a current License and be located in Massachusetts
- Have a Masterβs Degree or higher from an accredited school of Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Marriage, or Family and Child Counseling
- Be licensed and in good standing with your governing licensing board
- Have at least 1 year of related post-license clinical experience
- Have your own office space in the Boston area and be willing to provide in-person services
Responsibilities
- Provide high quality behavioral health care to clients
- Provide therapy in a collaborative, client-centered, evolving environment
- Demonstrate strong clinical service thinking, informed by evidence-informed therapies
- Drive quality access and customize mental health treatment plans and service delivery for clients
- Treat adult clients with stress, depression, anxiety, or other mental health concerns via video, using short-term, evidence-based therapies
- Build out a caseload that gives your clients the option to see you virtually or in-person
- See in-person clients from a commercial office setting
Preferred Qualifications
Have at least 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: CBT for depression or anxiety, DBT for emotion dysregulation, Unified Protocol for emotional distress, CPT or PE for trauma
Benefits
- $93-$133/hour for master's level license (In-Person)
- $93-$143/hour for doctoral level license (In-Person)
- $90-$130 for master's level license (Virtual)
- $90-$140 for doctoral level license (Virtual)
