As a Mental Health Therapist in Washington State, you will provide evidence-based treatment through telehealth. Requirements

• Have an active LICSW, LMHC, LMFT in Washington
• Have 1 year of demonstrated psychotherapy experience using evidence-based treatment
• Have 1 year of experience with documenting and treatment planning within an EMR
• Have access to a computer, webcam, reliable internet connection, and private, quiet space for sessions
• Be willing to obtain additional state licenses

Responsibilities

• Render evidence-based treatment to a spectrum of patients
• Provide an array of mental health services to promote individualized patient recovery primarily through telehealth video or telephone
• Conduct intakes, individual, group, and family therapy when applicable
• Provide mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services
• Complete and maintain documentation in a timely and accurate manner and according to Federal, State, and company guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Be bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese
• Have EMDR / DBT experience
• Have prior telehealth or remote experience
• Be a reliable self-starter who can work independently and also as part of a team
• Have strong engagement and assessment skills to work with a diverse range of patients
