Requirements

  • US Citizenship
  • Ability to obtain and maintain clearance at the Secret level or above
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Azure, including basic architecture, configuration, and management
  • Familiarity with Azure services, including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure App Services, and Azure Storage
  • Basic understanding of infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of network architecture and security best practices within cloud environments
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing, implementing, and managing Azure cloud environments, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions
  • Configure and deploy Azure services, ensuring compliance with best practices for security, scalability, and availability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support tailored Azure solutions
  • Monitor and maintain cloud systems, optimizing performance, cost, and reliability
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including technical guides and operational procedures
  • Participate in assessments and audits of existing Azure deployments to ensure compliance with organizational standards
  • Provide support for the development of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Stay updated on emerging Azure services and technologies, integrating them where applicable

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Basic knowledge of automation tools, scripting languages, and monitoring solutions
  • Exposure to other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud)
  • Relevant Azure certifications, such as Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Fundamentals
  • Active or prior clearance
