Requirements
- 12-14 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Service) and the Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite
- Strong expertise in integration architecture and patterns using middleware tools and APIs
- Hands-on experience with C#, JavaScript, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, SSRS, and Microsoft developer toolkits
- Knowledge of cloud integration using Azure services such as Azure Functions and Service Bus
- Experience in data migration and harmonization using Azure Data Factory and other third-party tools
- Familiarity with DevOps pipeline setups for CRM systems
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and independent thinking skills
- Ability to lead and deliver technical solutions for complex requirements
- Experience working with Agile methodologies in delivering technical projects
- Proven ability to engage with business stakeholders and manage technical delivery teams
Responsibilities
- Lead technical workshops with business and technology stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into functional solutions
- Design and develop solutions in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales & Service) and other Microsoft Dynamics 365 products
- Drive the technical design of solutions in a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) environment
- Implement and manage highly available, scalable Dynamics 365 architectures across online and on-premise environments
- Oversee integrations using Middleware tools such as Mulesoft, Azure Functions, and REST/ODATA WebAPIs
- Provide expertise in data migration, data harmonization, and using tools like Azure Data Factory
- Ensure compliance with best practices for system security, performance, and scalability
- Develop solutions using C#, JavaScript, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, and the Microsoft developer toolkit
- Lead integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party systems using middleware tools, APIs, and SSIS packages
- Utilize Azure services for integration and automation, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Service Bus
- Design and implement reporting solutions using SSRS and Power BI
- Stay updated on the latest features and enhancements in the Dynamics 365 platform, including Sales Insights, Customer Service Insights, and Customer Voice
- Manage cloud resources and security models for Dynamics 365 deployments
- Set up DevOps pipelines for automated CRM deployments on cloud platforms using industry-standard tools
- Lead the strategy, design, and deployment of information management solutions on cloud platforms
- Lead solution delivery while providing technical leadership to ensure project success
- Participate in pre-sales engagements by offering technical expertise and contributing to solution development and Proof of Concepts (POCs)
- Advocate best practices and scalable solutions that align with product roadmaps and ensure easy upgrades and customizations
