Requirements
- University degree preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, Production Engineering and Management, Management, Computer Science, Information Science or comparable education
- At least 7 to 10+ years of ERP consulting experience β preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or earlier versions of Dynamics AX
- Experience with several end-to-end ERP implementations
- Broad and in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. Ability to operate most modules
- Experience with Power Platform, good awareness of Microsoft Azure automation capabilities, data analytics and other areas of technology accompanying business system implementation
- Ability to lead a team of functional consultants in implementation projects
- Experience in running presales diagnostic projects
- Strong formal and technical writing skills β quickly producing high-quality documents
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Ability to communicate with customers on different levels of the organisation

About the role
Joining HSO International as a Solution Architect means ensuring solution integrity for implementation projects involving Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, coordinating consultant teams, and providing invaluable advice to customers regarding business system design and implementation. Your role will also include contributing to the development of HSO best practices and active participation in presales activities.
Role location
This position allows for flexibility regarding location within Europe, provided the candidate possesses full European or UK working rights. As our global projects may require travel and on-site work, candidates should be willing to work at home or on the customer’s site or the HSO office as needed. For the right candidate, HSO International is ready to facilitate relocation to the Netherlands and provide a work visa, presenting an exceptional opportunity for personal and professional growth.
