Requirements

  • From 2 to 4 years of proven experience in lead generation
  • Experience with high-volume of data for lead conversion
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and lead qualification criteria
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
  • Expertise with Excel
  • Knowledge in Social Media
  • Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills
  • Currently living in Latin America

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential leads
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and target industries
  • Utilize online platforms, industry databases, and other resources to create a comprehensive list of prospects
  • Initiate contact with leads through cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach
  • Tailor communication strategies to engage with different types of leads
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile
  • Nurture and build relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and pain points
  • Collaborate with the sales team to gather insights into customer requirements and preferences
  • Evaluate the potential of leads by assessing their level of interest, budget, and decision-making authority
  • Document and update lead information in the CRM system for easy tracking and reporting
  • Coordinate with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and provide relevant information for successful conversion
  • Participate in regular meetings to discuss lead generation strategies and share insights
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation activities
