Mid Level Microsoft 365 Engineer

Summary

Join our client, a growing UK-based MSP specializing in the M365 ecosystem, as a Mid-Level Microsoft 365 Engineer! Based in the Philippines, you will provide exceptional support to global SMB clients, leveraging your expertise in Microsoft 365. This work-from-home position requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication (fluent English), and at least 3 years of Microsoft 365 support experience. You will troubleshoot technical issues, collaborate with clients, and stay updated on Microsoft 365 best practices. While initially remote, there's a potential for office work in Manila in 2025. Flexibility to work across different time zones is needed, with a preference for covering UK hours (12pm-8pm Manila time).

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft 365 in a support role
• Demonstrated experience in Microsoft 365 administration and support
• Strong problem-solving abilities with the capability to work independently
• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, both verbal and written to effectively collaborate with foreign counterparts

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional support to clients across all aspects of Microsoft 365, including Exchange, SharePoint, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Intune, and Conditional Access
• Provide support and troubleshooting for Windows 11 operating systems as needed
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively, minimizing disruptions to clients' operations
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions that align with their requirements
• Stay updated on Microsoft 365 developments and best practices to ensure services remain innovative and competitive

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications are highly desirable
• Preferably with experience in cloud computing, networking, servers, infrastructure, and related areas
• Knowledge and experience with Azure cloud platform
