Mid Software Engineer

Summary

Join our team as a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer in a fully remote, contract-to-hire position with an EST work schedule. You will collaborate with a dynamic team to design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge applications. Key responsibilities include full-stack development using .NET, Angular, and SQL Server, as well as migrating on-premises applications to AWS. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Agile practices, source control, and CI/CD pipelines. A public trust clearance is required. This is a contract-to-hire position; no C2C.

Requirements

• Have a minimum of 6 years of experience in full-stack application design, development, and lifecycle management
• Have strong experience with .NET and Angular (6+)
• Have proven ability to work with SQL Server databases for creating, updating, and querying data
• Have expertise in user interface development using HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Angular frameworks
• Have hands-on experience with AWS migrations, including containerized solutions and AWS-native tools
• Have proficiency in Agile methodologies, source control tools, and CI/CD pipelines
• Demonstrate capability in requirement gathering, technical documentation, peer reviews, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Have a proactive mindset with a drive for continuous learning and adaptability to new technologies
• Be able to obtain a public trust clearance

Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack solutions using .NET, Angular (6+), and SQL Server
• Create user interfaces with Angular, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Migrate on-premises applications to AWS (EKS, RDS, MSK)
• Implement best practices for testing, API communication, and multi-system interactions

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience with legacy systems modernization and code migration
• Have familiarity with the United States Web Design System (USWDS)
• Have experience working with large, widely used public information databases
