Mid to Senior Full Stack Software Developer

Summary

Join our team as a highly skilled engineer and take ownership of major features and systems, ensuring quality and timely delivery. You will mentor junior team members, collaborate with stakeholders, and maintain high coding standards. This role requires strong experience in Ruby on Rails, Typescript/React/Next.js, and cloud platforms (ideally AWS). Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills are essential. The ideal candidate will also possess leadership experience and familiarity with various technologies, such as eCommerce, Snowflake/Airflow, generative AI, and Terraform.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Ruby on rails
• At least 3 years of experience in Typescript/React/Next.js
• Experience with any cloud platform (Ideally AWS)
• Strong relationship management and solution development expertise
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach
• Ability to manage complex technical conversations and align cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the delivery of major features or entire systems, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to less experienced team members, helping with their career growth
• Work closely with stakeholders, such as product managers and business leaders, to align technical solutions with business goals
• Ensure code meets high standards of quality, performance, and maintainability
• Identify opportunities to improve development practices, performance, and team efficiency
• Design systems that can scale and meet performance requirements, addressing architectural challenges
• Ensure that systems and software are secure, robust, and adhere to compliance standards where required

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Leadership experience
• Ecommerce experience
• Data platform built on Snowflake and Airflow using Python
• Generative AI and ML using latest generation foundational models on Amazon Bedrock
• Infrastructure as code with Terraform
• NodeJs/Python
