Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in UI/UX design
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or other design tools
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions
• Strong knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design principles
• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Ability to balance creativity with usability and business goals

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand customer needs, behaviours, and pain points
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Design and optimize UI components, layouts, and user flows for web and mobile applications
• Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and user interactions
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback to enhance user experience
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI designs
• Maintain and improve design systems and UI guidelines for consistency across products
• Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
