Requirements

• Good knowledge of Ruby language and Rails framework (3+ years)
• Strong understanding of SQL
• Ability to take tasks from requirements to deployment
• Ability to work within distributed, multidisciplinary teams
• Design and build scalable, high-availability mission-critical systems and APIs
• High attention to detail
• Ability to properly design and implement clear and scalable project structure
• Experience with test-driven development. Ability to create and maintain useful test suite
• Fluent in speaking and writing English
• Fluent Polish is a must

Responsibilities

• Invent, design, refine, and deliver products that will enable digital transformation
• Contribute to the build of a complex ecommerce marketplace, the first of its kind in the Chemicals space
• Ship features quickly without sacrificing code quality
• Own projects from software design to implementation and deployment
• Implement cutting-edge technologies and write state-of-the-art code
