Summary

The job is for a part-time Middle Strong/Senior Business Analyst with 2+ years of healthcare experience to join Binariks' solution group. The role involves leading pre-sales phases, conducting workshops, analyzing business processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating documentation, and presenting findings.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the healthcare domain
• Solid expertise in the discovery stage of the project
• Ability to translate business needs into software and operational requirements
• Expertise in Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7 and FHIR
• Strong understanding of HIPAA and GDPR compliance requirements
• Deep understanding of FDA regulations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Upper-intermediate level of English

Responsibilities

• Lead Pre Sales/Discovery Phases/Sprint 0 from a BA perspective
• Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand pain points, and facilitate discussions that lead to a comprehensive understanding of business needs
• Conduct a thorough analysis of existing business processes within the insurance domain, identifying inefficiencies, gaps, and areas for improvement
• Enhance Solution Group Expertise
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and architects, to design solutions that address the identified business problems and align with the client's goals
• Drive the client and the team towards defining requirements and conceptual solutions
• Create concise and clear documentation summarizing the results of business analysis activities
• Present findings and proposed solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a way that is understandable and aligned with business goals
