Middle QA Automation Engineer

Requirements

• Proven experience in web and mobile automation testing
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js
• Good understanding of browser behavior, HTTP, and DOM
• Hands-on experience with Playwright, WDIO, and Selenium Webdriver
• Familiarity with Mocha, Chai, Selenoid, and Selenium Grid tools
• Strong skills in test design and writing clear, structured test cases
• Experience in API testing (REST/SOAP/GraphQL)
• Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD workflows (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Proficient with Git and version control systems
• Comfortable working in distributed teams and meeting deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, distributed team environment
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time efficiently

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated tests for web and mobile applications
• Automate functional, regression, and integration testing
• Work with Playwright, WDIO, and Selenoid
• Write and maintain tests using JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js)
• Design and document test cases and test scenarios based on requirements
• Perform API testing (REST/HTTP), including automation
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Analyze failures, log defects, and contribute to improved test coverage
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and fellow QA engineers
