Mid-level Developer

Summary

Join Encora as a Mid Developer and be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient software applications. Lead technical projects, mentor junior engineers, and continuously improve software development practices. This remote position is located in Peru, Colombia, Costa Rica, or Bolivia. The role requires extensive software development experience with a focus on building scalable applications, specifically using C# in Azure. You will integrate systems and services through secure APIs and contribute to solution architecture discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
• Extensive experience in software development with a focus on designing and building scalable applications
• Professional/ Advanced English skills
• +5 years of experience
• Experience in C# development in Azure
• Practical knowledge of Azure PaaS services, particularly Azure OpenAI, AI Search, and CosmosDB
• Experience using Azure DevOps for code management, build pipelines, and deployments
• Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and basic DevOps concepts

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain C# applications, APIs, and backend services within the Azure cloud environment
• Integrate systems and services through secure, reliable API connections
• Contribute to solution architecture discussions and implement scalable designs under senior technical guidance
