Mid-Level Product Designer

Requirements

• Professional design experience, preferably in digital product design or technology startups
• Figma expert!
• Strong skills in user interface design and a solid understanding of design systems
• Demonstrated experience in designing delivery flows and optimizing user journeys
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to align on goals and execute efficiently
• Proficiency in prototyping tools and quickly translating ideas into testable concepts
• A keen eye for visual quality and consistency in design
• An intermediate or higher level of English is required. While fluency is not mandatory, candidates must be willing to communicate, practice, and learn, even when making mistakes. Active English practice will commence from day one
• A hands-on, self-starter attitude with a passion for solving problems through design
• Prior experience in prototyping and in UI design are mandatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Create great user interfaces and improve our product experiences
• Work with product and engineering teams to align design solutions with the product roadmap, ensuring consistency across features and flows
• Refine UI components, contributing to the scalability and consistency of our design system while maintaining a user-centered approach
• Design and optimize delivery flows, focusing on intuitive user journeys that drive engagement and conversions
• Leverage research findings to inform and guide design decisions, ensuring solutions are aligned with user needs and expectations
• Develop prototypes to validate concepts, balancing the need for pixel-perfect design with speed and practicality
