This role requires several years of experience in UX/UI design and a passion for creating engaging digital experiences. Requirements
- Having a few of years' experience of transforming complex user requirements into visually appealing and simple user experiences
- Having the relevant skillsets to create clever, engaging and eye-catching digital campaign designs
- Being structured and self-directed in how you approach your work
- Bringing smart ways of working into our workflows to empower others in Laka
- Having a strong empathy for cyclists (we can bring you up to speed with the latest bike tech)
- Having permission to work in the UK
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine our product’s visual identity across mobile and desktop
- Collaborate on building and maintaining our component library to ensure consistency across our digital products
- Transform user flows and prototypes into polished, high-fidelity UI designs with a focus on intuitive interaction and usability
- Work hand-in-hand with product managers and tech leads to align design decisions with user needs and technical capabilities
- Partner with creative and go-to-market teams to conceptualise and execute digital designs for creative campaigns across social media, email, and other channels, ensuring an integrated and seamless customer experience
- Incorporate user feedback and usability testing insights to continuously iterate and improve our digital experiences
