Join ModMed's high-performing MIPS Advising Team as a driven MIPS Specialist! You will provide high-level assistance to customers with escalated MIPS cases, ensuring client satisfaction and quality service delivery. This role involves responding to Tier 2 and 3 escalated questions, utilizing sound judgment to determine appropriate responses or escalations, and assisting in creating and updating ModMed Community MIPS resources. The ideal candidate possesses expertise in customer issue resolution, experience with bug-tracking software, and excellent communication skills. Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in evaluating, troubleshooting, and following up on customer issues
- Experience utilizing bug-tracking software such as Salesforce and Jira
- Excellent written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Apple platforms: Mac, iPad, iPhone/iPad iOS
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage time
- Willingness to stay current and adapt to changes
Responsibilities
- Provide consistent, professional, and high-quality client support responses and assistance
- Follow established procedures to ensure client satisfaction and quality service delivery
- Communicate customer responses in an efficient and effective manner
- Answers Tier 2 and 3 escalated MIPS questions assigned by Support
- Use sound judgement skills to identify when to provide an answer to customers, suggest a MIPS Q&A, or escalate customer inquiries to MIPS Advising
- Assist the MIPS Advising team in creating/updating ModMed Community MIPS QRGs and other documents
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience within a medical practice and/or EMR experience
