ML Engineer

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an ML Engineer
• 3+ years of Python expertise with a focus on ML/AI applications
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) using OpenAI/LLAMa APIs
• Knowledge of the LangChain framework for building LLM applications
• Experience with Vector Databases (specifically Pinecone)
• Experience with FastAPI for backend API development
• Experience with Docker containerization
• REST API integration skills (for Moodle API integration)
• Experience with ML algorithms for content selection and ordering
• Experience with implementing performance analytics for ML systems
• Project estimation skills for ML/AI components
• Skills in risk assessment and quality planning for ML projects

Responsibilities

• Develop an innovative EdTech product for the African market
• Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) using OpenAI/LLAMa APIs
• Utilize the LangChain framework for building LLM applications
• Employ Vector Databases (specifically Pinecone)
• Develop backend APIs using FastAPI
• Integrate with REST APIs (for Moodle API integration)
• Implement ML algorithms for content selection and ordering
• Implement performance analytics for ML systems
• Conduct project estimations for ML/AI components
• Perform risk assessment and quality planning for ML projects

• Angular fundamentals for collaborating with the frontend team
• Offline LLM expertise
• Computer Vision (CV) capabilities for offline applications
• Experience with edge computing for AI model optimization
