Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience
  • Design and scale Machine Learning frameworks and MLOps practices across teams (model development, training, feature engineering, etc)
  • Collaborate closely with Data Scientists to understand their needs and build effective and standardized MLOps solutions
  • Expertise in Machine/Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and deploying ML models in Kubernetes environments (e.g. Kubeflow)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch
  • Strong communication skills, including verbal and written English and Portuguese
  • Prior experience in machine learning ops and deploying models
