Requirements

• Proven experience in Flutter & React Native development, for cross-platform mobile app development
• Proficiency in Git, Bitbucket, and version control best practices
• Experience with Figma for translating UI/UX designs into functional Flutter applications
• Solid understanding of Agile development workflows and best practices
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication, confident and self-motivated

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy new iOS and Android mobile applications
• Maintain, upgrade, and optimize existing Flutter-based mobile apps
• Convert Figma designs into fully functional Flutter UI components
• Implement backend integrations using Dart and API connections
• Test, debug, and troubleshoot Flutter projects to ensure performance and reliability
• Estimate project timelines and provide accurate development forecasts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building apps with Swift/Java/Kotlin
• Experience with other hybrid app development language such as Xamarin and/or other
