Summary

Join ElevenLabs, a rapidly growing voice technology company, as a Content Strategy & Operations Specialist. This remote role, with optional office locations in London, New York, San Francisco, or Warsaw, focuses on leading content operations for the ElevenReader mobile app. You will develop and scale the ElevenReader self-publishing program, manage operational processes and quality assurance, and liaise with various content partners. The role requires strong analytical skills, project management expertise, and a data-driven approach to content strategy. You will work cross-functionally with various teams and have significant ownership and autonomy. Requirements

  • 4+ years experience doing operations, strategy, project leadership, or consulting
  • Excellent project management, process design, stakeholder management skills
  • Systems thinking and critical reasoning - deeply understanding the customer base and determining how to position and message the product
  • Analytical skills - you can use SQL, Excel, and create dashboards in Sigma or Tableau to communicate the progress of your work
  • High ownership, autonomy, bias to action

Responsibilities

  • Lead all content operations for the ElevenReader mobile team
  • Develop and scale the ElevenReader self-publishing program, including operational processes, quality assurance, and contractor management
  • Liaise with publishers, digital aggregators, authors, writers, and news outlets to develop a unique content offering delivered on the ElevenReader App
  • Work cross-functionally with the partnerships, growth, legal, and engineering teams
  • Develop data analyses to inform content strategy and measure the effectiveness of content performance across various audiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of content, media, or publishing industry
  • Strong editorial insights on books and media
  • Strong Product sense
  • Experience with licensing / legal contracts
