Remote Mobile Interpreter, English & Mandarin/Cantonese

Summary

Join our team as a work-from-home Language Interpreter and facilitate communication between parties who speak different languages. As an interpreter, you will accurately interpret conversations between callers and emergency operators, conveying messages in the preferred language of the caller. This role is open to most locations within Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia & Philippines, Cambodia.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (Read & Speak & Write)
• Fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese (Read & Write & Speak )
• Must be working from home
• Own Mobile phone with Android 12 and above or IOS 15 and above
• Must be willing to work rotating shift for 9 hours anytime following the required schedule by the client within 24 hours (Night Shift)

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between parties who speak different languages
• Accurately interpret conversations between callers and emergency operators
• Convey messages in the preferred language of the caller
