• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions

Responsibilities

• Develop user interfaces for digital products across multiple platforms
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Conduct user research and translate findings into design solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on design vision and execution
• Ensure consistency in design language across various products
• Contribute to and maintain design systems
• Analyze user feedback and usage metrics to inform design iterations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion graphics and animation

• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing
• Ability to utilize AI tools for research, copywriting, and asset generation (e.g.,ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Midjourney)
