Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI design work
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and current web/mobile UI trends
• Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and creating user flows and site maps that enhance the user experience
• Ability to conduct user research and testing, translating insights into actionable design improvements
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices, ensuring inclusive design across platforms
• Experience in creating and managing design systems for consistent brand and product experience
• Strong attention to detail, with a knack for creating visually compelling and easy-to-navigate interfaces
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on optimizing user journeys and improving usability
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders
• Basic knowledge of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Advanced English level
