Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or closely related discipline
- Fluent in English and French (with proficiency in Spanish and Italian considered desirable)
- Proficiency in MS Office and Windows environment
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership potential
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Commitment to residing within the assigned region
Responsibilities
- Learn to provide commercial support for applications and projects
- Develop understanding of service centre operations and field service delivery
- Build and maintain customer relationships at all levels
- Learn to assess and fulfil customer service requirements
- Contribute to inside sales and lead generation across the region
- Gain expertise in understanding customer business models
