Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or Business/Sales and Marketing
- Fluent in English - other European languages are useful
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a matrix organisation
- Full UK driving licence- a car will be provided
- Willingness to travel
- Strong customer focus and relationship-building abilities
- Proactive and self-motivated approach

Responsibilities
- Learn to develop and manage a growing pipeline of business opportunities
- Build skills in prospecting, developing, and closing sales opportunities
- Develop understanding of customer needs and qualification of leads
- Contribute to key metrics for assigned growth targets
- Learn about digital monitoring and Veolia's Insight technology
- Participate in marketing activities throughout the UK & Ireland
- Network with Veolia business units and external partners
- Support company campaigns and gather market intelligence
- Contribute to accurate monthly sales forecasts
- Develop expertise in water treatment solutions
