Join CALSTART, a mission-driven organization focused on transportation decarbonization, as a Mobility Funding & Partnerships Intern. You will support the Manager, Mobility Funding & Partnerships, and contribute to projects impacting the Clean Mobility Options Program (CMO). This hands-on role offers exposure to a statewide incentive program in California. The internship involves analyzing budgets, reviewing voucher agreements, updating implementation toolkits, and refining partnership toolkits. The ideal candidate will have completed at least three years of college coursework in a relevant field and possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Requirements
- Completed at least three years of accredited college/university level coursework
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Data Analytics, Public Policy, Finance, Economics or a related field
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in internal and external teams with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced remote work environment
- Strong analytical skills and ability to collect, analyze, and synthesize data
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and task management abilities
- Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders and audiences
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
Responsibilities
- Assist in analyzing budgets and tracking expenditures for mobility project awardees to ensure compliance and effective use of funds
- Support the review of voucher agreements, particularly in evaluating trends as it pertains to project scope changes
- Contribute to updates and improvements of the Mobility Project Implementation Toolkit
- Assisting in the refinement and finalization of the Partnership Toolkit for use with external stakeholders
- Other duties as assigned
