Summary

Join Enable as a Senior Product Manager II and lead a team in driving the strategic vision for our pricing and revenue optimization product portfolio. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competition to formulate pricing-driven product strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, set roadmaps aligned with pricing software solutions, and ensure successful development and launch of pricing software capabilities. Focus on innovation and customer satisfaction through accurate, data-driven pricing tools. This role is essential in shaping our product offerings and achieving company growth targets. The position involves managing a team of product managers and working closely with various business stakeholders to prioritize requirements and launch new enhancements.

Requirements

  • Strong focus on pricing- and margin-driven decision making in product discovery, development, and launch
  • Proven capability to develop and drive forward a strong strategy and vision
  • Ability to establish and measure success against a set of key metrics and goals
  • Strength in partnering with team members to build business cases and determine feature prioritization
  • Strong storytelling capability, with ability to influence across multiple levels of the organization
  • Comfortable managing cross-functional/cross-departmental programs
  • Product Management experience in B2B SaaS with emphasis on pricing or revenue management software

Responsibilities

  • Research, define, validate, business case, and bring to life new products that helps Enable reach the next level
  • Drive the strategies of these products through partnerships with other business stakeholders
  • Partner with other product managers to turn these initiatives into a concrete and impactful roadmap
  • Work together with business teams to prioritize requirements based on pricing analytics and margin intelligence, feedback from pricing managers, sales, and finance stakeholders, ROI, and level of effort
  • Partner with UX and operate with a user-first methodology, creating an intuitive, frictionless experience
  • Monitor performance and measure against established metrics and key results, ensuring expected adoption and impact is met
  • Work closely with product marketing, sales, and customer success on launching new enhancements
  • Balance needs around reliability, security, and scale with building new features

Preferred Qualifications

Publicly traded company experience strongly preferred
