Summary

Join Lilt as a freelance monolingual data labeling contributor and help us create high-quality datasets for AI. This remote position involves generating realistic text samples in Hebrew (emails, SMS, social media posts) based on provided guidelines. A second stage will involve proofreading and refining AI-generated content. No translation experience is needed, but native-level fluency in Hebrew and good English skills are required. A short test is required before starting, and the project is estimated to last 1-3 months. Payment is processed through Tipalti, so an active account is required. This is a freelance contractor position.

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in the target language, living in-country
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Creativity and accuracy in producing realistic, everyday content
• Good knowledge of English
• An active Tipalti account

Responsibilities

• Generate short text samples in your native language, including emails, SMS/text messages, and social media posts
• Proofread and adapt/refine the AI-generated content so it reads as an authentic reflection of how ordinary users communicate in their language locally (colloquial, adapted properly to linguistic conventions.)
